Description: The PTR-200-MRL combines both the manual fiber recoater and the linear proof tester into one single module. Since the same set of fiber holding blocks is used to hold the fiber for both recoating and proof testing, only one fiber loading step is required. The PTR-200-MRL also features an automatic injection system that dispenses the recoat material directly from the bottle into the mold. The recoat mold assembly and the V-groove inserts can be replaced to accommodate different fiber diameters. The standard recoat mold size on the PTR-200-MRL is 260mm for nominal 250mm coating.
