The crossed roller bearings and precision-manufactured bearing reference surfaces provide exceptionally linear travel, with angular deviation better than 100 µrad about any axis.
562F-TILT Tip/Tilt Platforms provide two-axis (θYθZ) angular alignment of the fiber with minimal translation. The tilt platform mounts on top of an XYZ stage for five degrees of freedom. Fiber and device holders mount to a rail on top of the tip/tilt platform. The 562F-TILT stage utilizes precision 100 TPI adjustment screws.
