Description: The Agilent 16500C / HP 16500C logic analyzer mainframe is a 5-slot versitile logic analysis tool. It's modular design allows for flexible testing of high speed verification and debugging applications. Modules are interchangeable for easy upgrading as your needs change. Extension card cage is available for users that require more than 5-slots. See HP 16XXX cards for specfics on timing, state, oscilloscope, and pattern generation.
The mainframe and companion 16501A expander frame house up to 10 integrated, time-correlated measurement modules -- state/timing analysis, oscilloscope analysis, pattern generation, ultra-deep data capture and ultra-high-speed timing. A consistent menu-driven user interface spans all modules.
This unit has the following features:

Up to 640 channels of 100 MHz timing with 1Mb/channel depth

Two (2) 16555D 110MHz State/500MHz Timing Modules
The 16555D state and timing analyzer offers a timing-analysis rate of 500 MHz and state-analysis rate of 110 MHz with 68 channels per card. Other features include Memory depth of 2M and 4M in half-channel timing mode. Also included is the setup and hold time of 3.5/0 ns to 0/3.5 Ns adjustable in 500 ps steps. The 16550 series analyzers use the same probing scheme, which makes it possible for you to easily interchange probing interconnections whenever probing needs change.
