Description: The 2001 High Performance Digital Multimeter couples exceptional accuracy (0.0018% basic), resolution, and sensitivity with measurement and mathematical capabilities rarely found in a DMM. Its internal peak detector can catch 1 µs spikes, such as power supply spikes and transients, AC line power surges, and short-duration dropouts on components, as well as up to 1 MHz for repetitive signals. With the Model 2001, it's easy to measure AC peak value, average, and true rms directly to characterize the signal thoroughly.
This unit has the following features:
Exceptional measurement integrity with high speed
Broad range of built-in measurement functions
IEEE-488.2 and SCPI compatible
Measurement functions:
DC volts
DC current
AC volts
AC current
2-wire O
4-wire O
Frequency
Period
Temperature measurements with thermocouples, or RTD's
This unit has the following specifications:
AC Current: 200 uA - 2 A
AC Voltage Range: 200 mV - 750 V
DC Current: 200 uA - 2 A
DC Voltage Range: 200 mV - 1000 V
Frequency Range: 1 Hz - 15 MHz
Number of Digits: 7.5
Resistance Range: 20 ohm - 1 Gohm
This system has a 2001-TCSCAN 9-Channel Thermocouple Scanner module installed.
It provides nine channels of cold-junction compensated temperature measurements and/or voltage, resistance, and frequency measurements when installed in a 2000, 2001, 2002, or 2010 DMM. It can also measure temperature directly using 2- or 4-wire RTDs.
