ADVANTEST R9211C FFT SERVO SPECTRUM ANALYZER 100KHZ - PARTS SYSTEM

Have had this unit a while, when we originally received it, the system did not pass the internal self test. We placed it on a shelf for a few years and now we are making it available for sale. The system quality has deterioirated, on attempt to power, there is a buzzer sound and all the lights stay lit. No display on the screen at this time. Equipment case has scratching, dent in case, and some sticky residue on bottom panel, the piece isn't working. We are offering it here for parts only.
