Missing centering alignment pins on three of the four post points on the dies (Photograph seven), ratchet mechanism does not catch (Photograph 11). Alignment pin can can be replaced with a standard diameter equivalent screw. Equipment is currently not working properly as one of the two dies spins freely. The dies rotate in the head mechanism and are in good condition, there is rust on most of the tool body that can be cleaned. This piece needs work to be fully operational and is offered here in the condition stated, needing repair.
