The 1419-K is a 3 Dial Silvered Mica Decade Capacitor.
Features three decades from 100 pF to 1.1 µF.
Tested against a Fluke 289 multimeter at approximately 69°F (20.556°C) unit has some variable output. Test leads read approximately 0.100 nF as shown.
