There is some wear to the coating and some rusting on the body of the tool, but the ratchet mechanism worked well. Blades are in good condition, no chips or damage. There are parallel cracks in the white fiber glass handles near the tool head (Photograph seven). The unit is working now, but that will continue to degrade over time. Handles would need to be replaced at some future point or machine mounted. It is offered here as described for parts.
