The Haefely Trench Surge Tester type PSURGE 6.1 is a modular designed pulse generator providing the highest performance class and delivers clean, reproducible pulse shapes by using a reliable switch without bouncing effects. HPIB and RS-232 interfaces are available, too.

Through the use of various high voltage plug-in units for different pulse shapes, it is suitable for a variety of testing requirements. The built-in microprocessor control type P90 allows amongst others to enter test parameters and to programm, enter and store test sequences.
