When set at Autorange unit counts up from -0.20 VDC to around -1.0VDC and then cycles back to -0.20VDC when taken off Autorange, the system continues to count up until either a measurement is taken, it is grounded, or it when set at 10V it reaches an overflow and won't display reading. Voltage reading stays static instead of counting up at 100V and above. Unit was tested against a known fluke meter and working well. It was tested and passed all internal self tests as well.
Does not include test leads or Fluke multimeter.
