I powered this on and tested with a load as shown in the pictures. No power cord is installed as shown. Pictures are of actual item being sold. Please note screw missing on top cover near front, only holds on a trim piece of metal. There is something on the front panel above the OVT set point as shown. Also note there is some residue or staining of the top cover as shown in the pictures.
Rear of the system has an acrylic box mounted to prevent direct access to the output wires as a safety shield.
