The New Brunswick Scientific Co. G25 Controlled Environment Incubator Shaker Series 25 is built for long-lasting incubation and shaking fermentation. It is electronically controlled, and features dual thermostat control and monitoring. In the event of thermostat failure, this model is equipped with a safety feature to prevent accidental overheating.

Specifications include:

• Operating temperature: Ambient to +60°C ± 0.5
• Speed/stroke: 40–400 rpm at 1 in. circle
• Temperature range: 5 deg. C above ambient to 60 deg. C
• Capacity: 2 L
• Speed range: 40 to 400 rpm, 30–285 strokes/min.
• Electrical data: 120VAC, 60Hz, 10A

Includes flask holders as shown in photograph four. Some rusting to the screws on the work surface plate. Unit was tested over an eight hour period it spun consistently. Office temperature was 21 oC at the time, equipment reached a max internal temperature of 76 oC after about 45 minutes of heating. Temperature was fairly uniform across the testing period.
