Paladin Tools PA1645 with Die

Some rust on tool body was present and scoured, tool has some spotting as shown in (Photograph three) the function has not been impaired and there is some etching on the tool body (Inventory number). After successful crimp, the hand tool does not immediately spring open because it is missing the spring on the top side of the tool. It can be opened by hand, but that does slow down the tool usage some.
