Parker Compumotor AL-Drive
The A Drive is a bipolar, microstepping drive designed to drive two-phase permanent magnet hybrid step motors. The drive uses MOSFET technology to give high performance in a small package while providing short circuit protection, brownout protection, over-temperature protection, and a built-in power supply. The A Drive is compatible with all Compumotor indexers.
This unit has the following features:
- DIP Switch Selectable Motor Resolutions
- Automatic Standby Function Reduces Motor Heating When the Motor is Not Moving
- High-Voltage Operation for Good High-Speed Torque
- Microprocessor Controlled Microstepping Provides Smooth Operation
