System light did power green when plugged in. Autosampler interconnect cables are not present, so it didn't move. System chip is marked "Bad" type B05, Rheosense indicated that they can refurbish it. The system has a 40 vial rack installed that has some slight wear to the numbers at the 30 mark. As I mentioned, there is an incomplete set of cables and no dispensing bottles are present. We don't have the software to control this system. Overall, this is an incomplete system that is offered here for parts with no warranty. In speaking with the manufacturer, they've told me that they will sell a Gold Level service contract for a year's warranty on the system for $25,000, which includes a full overhaul for preventative maintenance, repairing the system chip, providing operational software, cabling for the system, and dispensing containers.
