Rinn Corporation Jr. with Foot Pedal and Case
The ratchet on the top of the head does not actually catch as the head is shifted through the range. There is a little button on the top of the head that can be pushed in, and the head pulled forward. The "flesh" around the top of the head has split away from the mount and it can pull some (Photograph 9 to 12). The foot pedal did accomplish some pull, but not a large amount.
The head can be sent for refurbishment to Rinn Corp.
