I powered this on as shown in the pictures. There is a 'burn-in' on the CRT on the left and right side from an on screen level meter as well as color bars across the screen; see pictures for details. Some scratching to top of case; see pictures for details. As such, we are selling this monitor as-is. Please call or email with any questions. We can display other test patterns as well.
