Stanford Research Systems SR720 - PARTS
System passed self tests, but the system on startup said output err 2 out of 3 startup attempts. With an LCR test fixture attached, it was able to detect low level capacitance as a change, but not with accuracy. Equipment is offered here for parts only, might need an internal component replaced to increase accuracy.
