"Graticule" knob adjusted the rear backlight. "Intensity" knob makes the point visible from about 85% of turning the knob to the right, intensity does increase. There is some scratching present on the plastic screen cover. "Select" knob changes the source. On power up, system registered lights on all measurement scales. Beyond that, we couldn't perform any additional tests. This system is offered here for parts only in an unknown condition.
