I powered this on as shown in the pictures. Please note the CMOS battery is dead and may need to be replaced depending on your requirements. System boots up upon pressing the "F1" key. Windows NT 4 boots up fine; however, the Tektronix software doesn't correctly start-up the first time. Although, I was able to navigate the start menu and restart the software to get the front panel operational. System is offered here for parts in the condition noted.
