Tektronix P6139A 500 MHz Passive Voltage Probe
With probe jacket (black shell) and grounding clip
Unit generates a nice square wave (oscilloscope not included). Some heat damage to probe cladding, a small amount of wire is visible. Unit does generate a solid square wave.
