Two independently adjustable 0 to 30V DC regulated power supplies plus a 5V DC (fixed) power supply

First Channel Setting: 30.1 V : Reading: 30.0 V
Second Channel Setting: 30.1 V : Reading: 30.0 V
Third Channel Setting: 5.0 V : Reading 4.4 V

I Powered this on as shown in the pictures. There is still a protective film over the display as shown. Please see meter readings for output measurements. 5V fixed output does not read 5V on the meter, and the unit is sold in a qualified state as a result.
