The VWR Scientific DMS-2500 High Speed Micro Plate Shaker is ideal for molecular biology applications, mechanical and chemical cell lysis, mixing tissue samples, mixing cytogenetic suspensions, and vortexing cell suspensions. The DMS-2500 can hold up to 48 microplates up to 12.7 cm (5 in) high. The programmable digital speed control reaches speeds from 600 to 2500 rpm and also includes a digital timer from 1-9999 seconds (166 minutes). The programmable “Pulsing” features enhanced mixing action.
