Ratchet mechanism doesn't catch the first few gear teeth, as a result head sits at rest with jaw slightly open (Photograph 12). Top of the scalp has started to separate from the plastic form in the front (Photograph 11) and there is a crack in the front plastic by the screw (Photograph 11). There is no strap present on either side of the head. Scalp has separated from the plastic form and some foam is visible (Photograph 10).

This piece needs some attention to be working perfectly, Rinn Corp does offer a refurbishment plan that would restuff the foam. There is some dry rot to the foam inside the case. It has been padded with bubble wrap.
